Nick is a highly experienced and respected head of finance, he has vast experience of accounting practices, regulatory and data needs and of course system and operational solutions. A magician when it comes to migrating accounting systems or manipulating information to provide effective statutory and regulatory reporting and also making change within the finance departments in terms of efficiencies, quality and technology.

He has been described as visionary in terms of how technology can truly be integrated in a finance operation specialising in the legal, accounting and financial markets.

His ability to discuss at both accounting, financial and systems levels to either Board, compliance, systems providers, finance teams and also end clients/customers is truly inspirational as he steers them round to a logical but dynamic solution.

His many years of experience includes being on the Board, running some smaller companies, through to head of finance roles for international groups to managing merger and system programmes of change that most might shy away from.

He has experience of outsourcing finance tams but also blending a hybrid approach and is at home speaking with Partners, lawyers about the financial implications of their approach to revenue and costs as he is to have a workshop with detailed technicians.
