Having worked with both private and public health companies, we have experience
addressing both patient and operational information needs. This has been in the context
of integrated and automated processes spanning emergency vehicles, GP surgeries,
hospitals, and governing bodies. Our work ensures that critical healthcare services
operate efficiently while meeting stringent regulatory and operational requirements.

Need/Problem:

Healthcare programmes often require balancing patient care with operational efficiency,
cost management, and data security. This includes designing systems that support
mobile and remote diagnostics, matching care delivery to personal needs—whether at
home, in hospital, or via outsourced specialist services—and managing associated costs.
Security and data sensitivity are core factors, with rigorous testing regimes required
before implementing major system changes.

Our Approach/Impact of Delivery:

We have helped design end-to-end patient testing tools that enable mobile and remote
diagnostics. One of our consultants has served on the board of a private health company
providing primary, secondary, and palliative care on behalf of the NHS, freeing scarce
and expensive resources for critical duties.
Our consultants have also evaluated public access healthcare models across Canada, the
USA, and the UK, considering the use of automation and information sharing to improve
the effectiveness, timeliness, and cost efficiency of medical services.
We believe much can be learned from the medical field for professional services and
manufacturing (JIT), particularly in dynamically profiling information to create
personalized plans and assess supply chain needs.

Other Experience:
